Catherine is our Property Liaison Officer and is a familiar, friendly face for all of our licensees in and outside of London. Catherine attends all of our properties on a weekly basis to carry out healthy and safety checks, including fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and water temperature checks.

Not only this, but she also regularly checks up on our licensees during her property visits to make sure that they are happy, and that any potential social issues are being dealt with – ensuring the happiness of those living within our buildings. And finally, Catherine is no stranger to viewings, conducting them on a weekly basis for prospective licensees. A true all-rounder!
