ANSWER
As part of our onboarding process, you will be sent a link to our repairs and maintenance platform, FixFlo, with a link to your account and property. All repairs and maintenance requests need to be reported on FixFlo to ensure we can respond promptly and appropriately. Any issues which are not reported through FixFlo will not be actioned.
For out of hours maintenance requests, call the office on +44 (0) 20 7856 0171 and you will be diverted to our Out of Hours service.
