This former care home had stood vacant for years, but thanks to the incredible work of our in-house fit-out team, it’s been given a new lease of life and is now ready to be protected by guardians.
With 30 rooms, the property will offer secure, affordable accommodation for local key workers, young professionals and creatives — helping to ease housing pressure while bringing energy and purpose back into an otherwise empty building.
