Living as a property guardian means having the freedom to take a bare space and turn it into a home, and we have some incredibly creative guardians who know how to do just that. Filling their community with colour and culture, we absolutely love to see how they transform spaces into something completely their own. We’ve seen mundane high street banks be turned into 90s Miami time machines, and former student accommodation morph into tropical jungles.
