What should I do if I lose my keys?

In the first instance, please call the office on +44 (0) 20 7856 0171, and we will arrange for a replacement key to be sent to you for a charge of £25. Our office hours are 8.30am – 6pm Monday to Friday. For Out of Hours assistance, call the office on the same number and your call will be diverted to our Out of Hours services who will assist. For this service you will be charged £50 for a call out charge, plus £25 for a replacement key. There will be an additional cost if the locks need to be changed, and this will be charged on a case-by-case basis.
