ANSWER
Before you move in you will be required to pay a security deposit. Once your security deposit has been received and we have completed our onboarding process (which includes a DBS check, employee reference and landlord reference), usually within 7-days, you will be able to come and collect your keys from our office. You will be notified by a member of the team when your keys are ready to collect.
