Solidarity Sports at Seven Stars

The LOWE Group Partners with The Earls Court Development Company to provide a home for Local Charity, Solidarity Sports, at Seven Stars.

Over the past three years we have witnessed a shift in our clients’ priorities, as they become more aware of their social impact and how they manage their vacant space. It’s an exciting time for us as we evolve The LOWE Group’s offering to include workspace, partnering with local charities, and supporting the social value objectives of our clients.

Seven Stars in Hammersmith & Fulham is a truly multi-purpose property: with studios providing accommodation on the upper floors to property guardians, there are two commercial units on the ground floor which play host to local charity, Solidarity Sports.

Solidarity Sports is a vital charity which aims to engage children in sport as a fun and engaging way to promote good health and wellness. Since 2007 Solidarity Sports has harnessed the transformative power of play to nurture disadvantaged children recovering from complex trauma. They support children’s healing through sports healthy eating arts educational trips mentorship programmes and holidays within the UK and abroad driven by a commitment to create a safe inclusive and loving environment where happy memories can flourish. We are working with Solidarity Sports to a provide a new charitable space for their staff and volunteers to work from and give children a safe inspiring place to play, learn and create.

Sean Mendez, Founder & CEO of Solidarity Sports says “Having our own spacious private office space at Seven Stars has allowed us to do things that would otherwise have been impossible during a lockdown. With the support from our partners The Earls Court Development Company and The LOWE Group we can now help to give children a safe, inspiring place to play, and our staff and volunteers will also benefit hugely from being able to work and study from this fantastic space.”
