Working closely with Joseph, Taylor coordinates viewings and meets with prospective guardians to understand their needs, thoughtfully matching them to the most suitable properties.

Taylor is known for offering friendly and reliable support throughout the process, fostering strong connections with future licensees. In addition to this, Taylor handles the essential vetting procedures, including DBS checks, referencing, and ID verification, ensuring a seamless and secure journey from application to move-in.
