Teresa is the Maintenance Helpdesk Manager at LOWE, acting as the initial point of contact for licensees concerning maintenance and property-related matters. Her duties include efficiently coordinating several engineers’ schedules to address essential maintenance tasks across all of our buildings. Teresa also manages inquiries related to utilities, ensuring a smooth resolution process. Furthermore, she collaborates closely with the inspection team to promptly address any health and safety concerns within our properties, prioritising the well-being of our occupants.
