New Properties: A Mid-Year Update

As we pass the mid-year mark of 2025, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the impact we’re making for property owners, our guardians, and communities across London.

So far this year, we’ve secured 288 new units (including 27 private flats), which has enabled us to provide safe, professionally managed, and affordable accommodation to hundreds more of London’s essential key workers, creatives, and young professionals.

Our footprint continues to expand across London, ranging from a former care home in Hampstead to a former office in Bromley. Each new project protects a valuable asset, revitalises a vacant property, saves our clients significant cost and risk, and supports the local community.

Our dedicated in-house fit-out team is already hard at work preparing the next wave of properties, which will deliver another 35 units in Zones 1 & 2.

Tim shares his thoughts on the year so far:

“The energy and momentum from the first half of this year have been incredible. We’ve secured some truly outstanding properties in key locations including Kensington, Oval, and Southwark. Each new space is a win for our clients, for our guardians, and for London. I’m immensely proud of our team for driving this mission forward and can’t wait to see what we accomplish in the second half of 2025.”
