We’re delighted to share the successful hand-back of a unique property in Deptford, a former church that we had the privilege of protecting and managing for 18 months. This project perfectly illustrates how a vacant building, once vulnerable, can be swiftly transformed into a secure and thriving space.
When Kingdom Hall was left vacant, it sadly fell victim to unwanted behaviour and was squatted. Upon removal of the squatters, we stepped in to ensure the property’s immediate protection and prepare it for its next chapter.
Our Guardians provided a crucial on-site presence, becoming integral to the building’s security and upkeep, all while building a vibrant community and enjoying affordable accommodation.
It was a privilege to play a pivotal role in securing the property and contribute positively to its story. We’re incredibly proud of the feedback we received from our client:
“From our initial conversation to organise the first visit to the property, right through to the final handover, working with LOWE has been a very straightforward and easy process for us.
We particularly appreciated the prompt inspection of the property after the squatters were removed. This quick action was crucial in ensuring the building was secured as quickly as possible and minimised any potential further issues.
Furthermore, gaining access for our building works to commence was a smooth and efficient process, allowing us to stay on schedule with our development plans.
Everyone we dealt with at LOWE was consistently responsive and did their utmost to ensure all our requests were handled efficiently and effectively.
It has been a great experience overall, and we definitely look forward to working with the LOWE group again in the future when we acquire another vacant commercial property that requires securing.
We will also be happy to recommend your services to anyone we know who is looking for a reliable and professional company to secure their commercial assets during unoccupied periods.”
If you have a vacant building that needs protecting or are interested in becoming a Property Guardian, we’d love to hear from you.
