We’re passionate about recognising and celebrating the growth of our team. Whether it’s a well-earned promotion, a new qualification or a fresh challenge, we believe in supporting our people to reach their full potential.
This month, we’re thrilled to share three exciting updates that highlight the talent, dedication and ambition across our business. Huge congratulations to Isaac, Lauren and Jerome on their fantastic achievements!
Jerome Vincent – Qualified Electrician
Since joining LOWE in August 2021 as a multi-skilled maintenance operative, Jerome has been a key part of our Reactive Maintenance Team with a particular strength in carpentry and plumbing. Over the past three years, alongside his day-to-day duties, Jerome has also been studying towards his Level 2 City & Guilds Electrical Qualification and we are thrilled to share that he has officially passed.
Now fully qualified to carry out PAT testing, fundamental inspection and testing, initial verification and condition reporting, Jerome will be further supporting the team with vital electrical work, and has already set his sights on achieving Level 3.
Lauren Buckland – Building & Community Co-ordinator
Lauren began her journey at LOWE as a Lettings Consultant before moving into our Community Team, where she has had a lasting impact as our Buildings & Community Co-ordinator. From onboarding to off-boarding, Lauren has been a wonderful point of contact for our Guardians, always offering support with warmth, empathy and professionalism.
Her well-earned promotion to Customer Experience Manager recognises not only her exceptional commitment to service but her role in shaping the experience of our Guardians. We know she’ll bring the same passion and thoughtfulness to her new role.
Isaac Lutaya – Property Assistant
Isaac originally joined us on an 18-month training programme, supporting the Property Services Team with a focus on learning the ropes across facilities management, compliance & operational delivery. Working closely with our Help Desk Manager Teresa, Isaac quickly made a strong impression, completing the programme six months ahead of schedule and stepping into the role of Property Assistant.
With a drive to keep progressing, he has now been promoted to Project Coordinator. In this role he will work closely alongside our Head of Property, Andre, helping to deliver property fit-outs on time, on budget, and to a consistently high standard. We’re excited to see him continue to thrive in this next chapter!
We’re always on the lookout for new talent to join us. If you are interested in joining our team, please have a look a our latest job vacancies.
