This includes all necessary compliance, inspection reports, legal documents, financial agreements and information pertaining to business rates applications. You will be given instructions on how to use this platform. Every month you will receive a monthly report from your property account manager, giving you a full update of your property, including any maintenance that has been carried out, as well as what the guardians have been up to.
