On completing a comprehensive inspection, we noted that the property was suitable for Charitable Occupation, partnering with arts charity, and non-profit organisation, SET, to turn the buildings into affordable artists’ studios for 500 local artists. SET and LOWE carried out a full fit-out of the property, ensuring that it was habitable, secure and fully compliant with health and safety standards.
