Situation
At this property, we implemented our LOWEkey Prioritisation initiative, exclusively providing key workers with an affordable living solution close to their place of work. Our client, YOO Development, was decanting an established residential rental building in Aldgate East. While the decent process was ongoing, they wished to provide a number of the building’s 1-bedroom flats exclusively for NHS workers affected by COVID-19, until they redeveloped the building.
