We have worked with NHS Property Services for the last three years, securing a number of their sites across London and the South East with local key workers.
SITUATION
We partnered with CANDI to provide a security solution for all their vacant commercial properties while the estate went through a consolidation and we were able to utilise their assets for local key workers. Stacey Street provided key workers and young professionals within the local area with safe and affordable housing.

SOLUTION
In this property we launched our LOWEkey Prioritisation approach to meet the demand for key worker accommodation close to their workspace. Like all LOWE Guardians, the guardians that were placed in Stacey Street were aware of the temporary nature of their housing with us and had appropriate move out plans for the end of their guardianship. As a result, we provided an efficient, successful hand back within the agreed timeframe.
OUTCOME
All 41 guardians moved on from Stacey Street within their 28-day notice period, and we retained over 75% of guardians who were rehomed in other LOWE properties.
