Situation
Former student accommodation which had been left vacant. LOWE have partnered with the client to provide a live-in guardian solution whilst they go through the process of sourcing a buyer. Following a comprehensive site inspection, LOWE noted that the property was in good condition and well suited for guardian living. LOWE carried out a full fit-out of the property, ensuring that it was habitable, secure and fully compliant, prior to vetting and selecting high quality property guardians to inhabit the property.
Solution
- Carried out an inspection and health & safety audit to assess the compliance of the property prior to carrying out a full fit-out.
- Works included the installation of two new kitchens, two additional kitchenettes, full flush of the water system, painting and decorating and deep clean throughout, ensuring all health & safety standards were met.
- 86 vetted guardians occupying the property to provide 24-hour coverage of the property.
