Prior to our guardians taking occupation, we provide a full fit-out for the property to ensure that our buildings are suitable for guardianship. We also take all necessary steps to comply with health and safety legislation, and wherever necessary, we carry out the installation of kitchens, showers, bedrooms and communal spaces – for no additional cost. We always provide our clients with a full schedule of the work planned and estimated timeframes, so you are always in the loop.
