We provide a high standard of vacant property care to the buildings we secure, and manage each property on a 24/7 basis. This means fully fitting-out the buildings to a habitable standard prior to our guardians taking up occupation. We also take all necessary steps to comply with health and safety legislation, and wherever necessary, we carry out the installation of kitchens, showers, bedrooms and communal spaces – for no additional cost. We always provide our clients with a full schedule of the works planned and estimated timeframes, so you are always in the loop.
