Our professional relationships extend to several public clients, including the NHS and local councils, who entrusted us to effectively secure schools, hospitals, libraries and more.

Libraries, in particular, present unique challenges due to their size and location, making them susceptible to vandalism and squatting. Instead of allocating substantial budgets to security measures, we offer practical and cost-neutral solutions, such as placing local key workers, professionals, and creative individuals to occupy and safeguard the space through property guardianship; all in exchange for affordable, conveniently located accommodation.

Furthermore, it’s important to note that property guardians do not impact planning considerations, and may even make you eligible for a reduction in business rates – allowing you to proceed with your plans whilst also benefiting the local community. In addition to property guardianship, we also offer traditional security guards, live-in caretakers and charitable occupation.
