As property inspector, Dean is one of the LOWE faces that our licensees will see the most. His responsibilities encompass conducting regular inspections across all our properties, prioritising the safety of our licensees and making sure that the overall condition of the properties that we manage are always tip-top.
“Having been in the property industry for nearly 20 years, I was attracted too LOWE as they place a higher emphasis on living standards for the licensees. I enjoy my role as this gives me a ‘hands on’ approach with problems within the property as well as the issues that the licensees face. I also see this position as a great opportunity to develop my career in H&S especially fire risk, which I believe will be beneficial to all relevant stakeholders.”
