Isabelle directly supports Grace, the Building & Community Manager, with a primary focus on maximising our social impact across the board. Isabelle’s responsibilities include handling customer feedback, promptly addressing social matters and consistently upholding exceptional customer service standards. Additionally, she provides valuable support to the Lettings Team, focusing on selecting socially responsible licensees and overseeing their thorough vetting process.
